No matter what stage you are at Debra is there to nurture the creative within you and to encourage you to find your style. You may need help with motivation, studio set up, retail merchandising, refining your floral knowledge or any other areas you need to focus on. The level of attention to detail that Debra Hayes Floral exudes is a skill that is highly sought after. This opportunity to learn from and really experience those details can make a vast difference to your evolving style and confidence. No two people are the same and that is what is so exciting about creativity and entrepreneurship.

Each mentorship day will be tailored to suit you or you and your staff’s needs. Debra is available to travel to you (especially if you are in Paris!…) or you can spend time with us in store.
